Every order is covered by a named quotation setting out the price, the applicable incoterm (Incoterms® 2020), production lead time, payment terms and mode of transport.

The minimum order quantities stated on each product sheet are binding. Prices decrease with volume.

Goods travel at the consignee's risk from the point of risk transfer defined by the agreed incoterm.

Health, origin and EUR.1 certificates are supplied with every shipment where the destination requires them.

Any conformity claim must be submitted in writing within eight days of receipt, together with photographs and lot references.
